Hi Cassie and welcome to the forum.
As I understand it the Scottish Trust Deed portfolo of PB Recovery was sold to Adie Financial Solutions (AFS) some time ago.
AFS was part of the Relax Group which got into financial difficulties last year and was placed into administration.
It was then purchased by Cleardebt who are a well-known stockmarket listed debt resolution company.
We approached Cleardebt a couple of weeks ago to see if they had a comment on what the best point of contact is for worried AFS clients. They haven't as yet got back to us.
As such it would probably be best to call Cleardebt on their main number 0800 0192095 to confirm what your best point of contact now is.
I'd suggest that you push them on this quite hard as obviously missed Scottish Trust Deed payments could lead to problems.
Please be reassured that your money should have been kept in client accounts that cannot be used for normal trading purposes. It should also be insured for your extra protection.
