Adjunction letter

Hi there

I have a formal adjunction letter got sent to me yesterday. My trust deed should of been finished this month but i had missed payments so now finishes in february so nearly there#128522;.

Just would like to know what it means as im not very good with these sort of things. My trust deed started in september 2014.

Adjudication is the process of the Trustee agreeing the creditors claims and therefore determining the level of payment they will receive.

You are required to be issued a copy but unless it looks like there are any debts which you dispute on the adjudication - either to their existence or the balance - then you are not required to do anything.
