Hi
I was discharged from TD in July 2016. All accounts on credit reports are showing as satisfied with the exception of NatWest which is updating credit agencies every month with 'default' status and same outstanding balance. This was a joint loan which is still being paid monthly by my partner.
I have written letters to NatWest which do not seem to be having any effect.

Probably time to make a formal complaint to them Domino99?
Your credit file should reflect the fact that you owe them no money now, even if this account remains active for another party.
