Hi there, 2 months ago I finished my trust deed- Hurrah!
A couple of questions I cant seem to find out the answer for!
1- Experian is showing only 3 accounts on its report and they are all in line and fine and up to date- no defaults etc recorded. No record of PTD. Should I/Could I apply for a credit card that only uses Experian to check and if so which one? Or should i wait?
2- I am still being chased by one company for money and i have consistently told my trustee who seems to only be interested in now trying to claim PPI of which i know there is none!! and wont give me a n answer as to how i deal with the creditor?
3- When should my files on Equifax start to show as satisfied or partially so and when should i chase them?
Thanks in advance Keen to get on with my life and put this behind me!

Ducky

Welcome to the forum ducky1978.

Well done on completing your trust deed.

I'm afraid that I don't know which credit reference agencies the credit card issuers each use.

Regarding the creditor that is chasing you, it's clear that they have not properly updated their records. If your trustee is offering no further help it will be up to you to tackle this creditor. You may wish to use their complaints procedure so that the matter is looked at by someone senior there.

Once you've been formally discharged you can expect creditors to start updating default notice entries. If they don't you can start chasing them up individually as soon as you choose to.

You'd probably be giving yourself a better chance if you did.

It might be unhelpful to have a series of turndowns on your report.
