Yes they have done there own drive by valuation which is roughly right going by sales recently. And I have given them my redemption figure . And as I have pointed out before we were told not to worry about the loan being paid off within the 3 years as we were told the creditors don't have to know. And we didn't receive a letter about equity as we were advised there wouldn't be enough equity to make a difference .

I think you know this already and it's such a shame that you've been misled in this way.
