When I signed trustdeed just under 3 years ago it was with knightsbridge..then after a year took over by pinnacle now wondering why payment hasn't left bank I see I've now been shipped to Carrington dean.is this normal..everything has gone smooth so far I'm just worried all this shifting around may affect my TD in the end up..

I have now been incontac with CD..couldn't be nicer and helpful..they had all my details. Just think its pretty shocking that pinnacle never got in touch..I regard my trustdeed as very important.that I make all 48 payments on time so I'm not breaking any terms and conditions.almost there about 16months till hopefully free

Hi Duncan and welcome to the forum.
I can understand your frustration about this and why you are feeling a little worried.
As you have already experienced it’s nothing that you need to worry about. For a variety of reasons Trust Deeds can be transferred from one firm to another but the agreement you signed at the start should remain in place.
As long as you make all of your agreed payments you will still be on track to be debt free at the end.
