I have 2 monthly payments left to make until I have completed my TD but I'm wondering the process is at the end?

I don't own a property or a car and all PPI claims have been dealt with.
My payments have stayed the same throughout and the only contact I have had is to conduct a review.

Once I have made my last payment, is it safe enough to cancel the Standing Order and do I just wait for Trustee to make contact?

And once this is all complete is there a best time to start re-building my credit rating?

final payment 1st May 2015

Hi mummy2twins.

After you've made the last payment I'd call the trustee to check it's OK to cancel the payment and to get an ETA on your discharge.

Once discharged I'd give creditors a month or two to make amendments to your credit file, get a copy of it, and then tackle anything that doesn't seem right.

I emailed Creditfix to advise I was cancelling my SO once my final payment was made. The acknowledged to say that was ok. Few weeks later form 5 arrived.
