Hi

I am due my 1 year review & have the paperwork through to complete. My salary is different every month as I have a sales job, sometimes I get just my basic salary & sometime a small or large bonus. I have to supply 2 wage slips which I have done but when I count back my salary over the last year within the Trust Deeds I get paid a good bit less than they stated. However I am happy to keep my monthly payment the same as I dont want to rock the boat, can they allow me to do this?

Thanks

Hi Chillypink.

I doubt that this will be a problem, but are you sure you'll be OK?

Yes we should be fine, we just try& cut back on shopping etc on the months with a basic wage & make up for it the better months, we are been ok this 1st year with the exception of a struggle at Xmas but thats because we didnt have alot of time to save for it, this year should be easier.
Thanks

Hi Chillypink,

If you feel that you are still able to maintain your agreed payments to your Trust Deed then I don't see a problem.

How long is your Trust Deed due to last? You want to ensure that you are able to pay your Trust Deed each month but also that your other expenditure doesn't start to suffer and it becomes almost impossible to manage. Hopefully this doesn't happen but if it does, give your Trustee/Relationship Manager a call to see if there is anything they can do to help as the last thing you would want is to resort to credit again due to the pressures of managing a Trust Deed.
