Once my trust deed is completed in December this year will I be able to sell my house? If I do and there is equity in it can anybody claim it?

Hi there,
Has your house been dealt with in the Trust Deed? Has the trustee'a interest been formally renounced? If so and all parties are discharged then you are free to do as you wish!

It is impossible to comment unfortunately as it depends on what was agreed at the start and what has been dealt with.
Can you clarify the position with the house ie was there equity to be dealt with or was it to be valued at the end etc.
