Hi dj1971,

It all depends upon how much you owed when your trust deed began and also how much you've already paid into it.

Could you give us an estimate of these figures please?

Morning DJ1971

When you enter into a trust deed, your estate is conveyed to your trustee.

If you sell the property that may nullify the Form 1B , the trustee would then have to appoint their own marketing and conveyancing solicitor to continue the sale of the property. Without knowing the figures, it is difficult to advise whether the trustee will have a full share of equity or not.
