Parner looking for credit

Good Morning,

Can you please advise if me being in a trust deed will have a negative affect on my fianc?® getting credit, we live together but the house and trust deed is all in my name.

Probably not, but if you have joint financial products then you are likely to be named as an "associate" on her credit file so it is possible that this could have an effect. Different lenders will have different processes, but I would think that it is her own credit history that will be the main deciding factor.
