got A feeling it will still be complicated and although if mond loses and ppi ges to former debtor. It could be if the trustee has no interest or will court clearly. Say. Former debtor gets ppi. And former trustee can’t. Claim it ? If ruled against mond

Did anyone watch full appeal was courts made aware of all former trustees holding monies for some up to a year

The one thing to remember is this is the end of the road for this case - should Mond lose he has nowhere else to go. He may win of course but at least there will be closure one way or another.

Absolutely ludicrous it has gotten to this stage though.

Correct. Mond has lost twice already.

Wonder if he will be liable for court costs should he lose again?

Like a lot of people, I'm also awaiting the Supreme Court's hand-down. My case has been hanging over my head for over three years so finally having some closure will be a big relief, whether Mr Mond wins his appeal or not.

We've been discussing various trustee/PPI issues here for about 9 years.

Nearly done (maybe?).
