Hi guys,
My husband has a trust deed and I have just been awarded pip which I’m assuming will be back dated to when I applied based on my internet research. Will this be treated as windfall? And as it’s a disability benefit will this be used in the I&E?

Benefits including PIP cannot be taken as a contribution so it will not be classed as a windfall.
