Hello all,
what happpens if you can’t make one payment of a trust deed? Can it be extended by one month or what’s the alternative.
I’ve had a relapse in gambling which is one of the reasons I am in the financial situation I am. I’m devestated.

That's a shame - I hope you can access some support on the gambling front to try and nip the relapse in the bud. Regarding your Trust Deed, it's really up to your Trustee, however I would be surprised if they weren't willing to be flexible and allow the missed payment to be caught up by an extension at the end of the term if necessary.

@kevin-mapstone Hi mate, I have signed up to gamstop, gamcare and gamban. It means I can no longer gamble on my phone. I was never into going to the bookies but online has been my downfall.
im going to contact my trust deed team at Harper McDermott and see what they say. I feel like an absolute failure.
