Hi everyone

My balance to pay off my trust deed is £900  I was paying 150 a month third party 50 the question is can third party pay off the full amount remaining so I can be discharged earlier as this has been a terrible 6 years

I am also stressed in case my trustee decide to move the goal posts again and extend my trust deed

Hi Youjoe.  Yes, it should be perfectly fine for the third party to pay off the remaining amount in order to get the Trust Deed closed down sooner.  The only requirement is for the Trust Deed to last for a minimum of 4 years, so if you are past that already then you are fine.
