So I am in a 6 years Trust Deed now in the final two years. Due to equity in my property.

My question is Form 1b, it states that I need to pay £100 per month for 24 month, total amount is £2,400..

Question -

If my salary goes up do I need to pay more per month?

Do i still need to complete a annual review per year?

Can I pay more than £100 per month? if I have extra one month £125, next month £110, so I can reduce the time?

What word should i look for if it is not the case, that I still need to pay based on my income/expenditure? Readng through the Form 1b I dont see any wording that suggest to me that it is still based on my salary income removed link

Thanks
