The short answer is yes. However, you may need to engage with the Trustee to ensure this can be done smoothly. They will not discharge you until the equity agreement has been settled. Next step is seek input from your Trustee.

Hi, Wondering if anyone could help me? I have came to the end of my TD term, but i still have a sum of £5.5k left to pay due to equity in my property and a car. Due to a marriage breakdown, could i sell my property to pay off the equity sum? Thanks
