CCJ's are normally for English domiciled individuals. In Scotland, it's decrees. But it might just be how it shows up on your credit file.

I relation to your file. Credit agencies have their own rule. Decrees can be on for 6 years I think, but you can insist that the start date of it is backdated to the start of your trust deed i believe.

I entered a protected trust deed in May 2025. I have had 2 CCJ's applied in July 2026. Both for debts that are included in the trust deed. I didn't know this could happen. Will these still be on my credit file a year longer than the rest?
