Hello all,

I’ve just my annual review for my trust deed and can’t thank A enough at Harper McDermott. Short and sweet 3 months bank statements and 3 months pay statements.

I was worried my payments were going to increase however they have stayed the same. The reason for this as I’ve had a wage increase of roughly £300 a month so was expecting an increase in payment. But they were brilliant and took into consideration the cost of living, bills increasing and really day to costs of being on this planet being more expensive. I’d heard some horror stories that people had to have payments increased for minor things so expected the worst.

I’ve had no issues with HP since starting and only hear from them if I need to and if I ever had any questions they always reply within 24 hours.

Also, I’ve just completed a product transfer for my mortgage while in a trust deed. Again another worry however because I’d stayed with the same provider there was no need to credit check as I’d never missed a payment so no harm done and just a slight increase in what I was paying as I had expected. So if anyone is still n the same boat and is having to re fix their mortgage I’d look at doing the same if need be.

Hi DCAM, thanks for the post. It's always really good to see people post positive experiences. I'm sure it will be a source of encouragement for those who are thinking about a debt solution, and keen to hear about good firms.
