	Also, were you given advice on all of your options?  The Debt Arrangement Scheme may be suitable for example, and would give you the same protection from creditors (though not any debt write-off as in a trust deed).  As the others have said, best to get advice from more than one source to make sure you are getting the full picture (if you haven't already! - sorry been on holiday so a bit late in responding).]]></content:encoded>
